   Occasional Reader. If so, the joke’s on you. I was in therapy before I
   became a writer. It only made me worse—mainly because I was given no
   choice in the matter.

   Also, my writing is therapy to me. In particular, it is DIY logotherapy
   and Jungian shadow work. Of course, I’ve also tried CBT, but I found
   the other kind of CBT more helpful.

   If you think the above was bad: sometimes I’m much worse. Caveat
