Somebody recently reminded me that Peter Thiel still exists, is still an right-wing authoritarian bootlicker1 who his sycophants mistake for a libertarian2, and is still richer than any man has any business being3.
So I came up with this, because I suspect it’s true about Thiel, as well as of a great many whose souls are as small as his even if their wealth is not as great.
all his billions could not wash from his mouth the taste of his master’s boot
The poem above is explicitly dedicated to the public domain. That is my right as its author. You may use it however you wish, with or without attribution.
I have an acquaintance who used to call this asshole a ‘fascist cocksucker’ before coming out of the closet himself. I don’t use that term myself because it’s unfair to the millions of gay and bisexual men who aren’t right-ring authoritarians, and because I suspect Thiel to be the sort of man who expects other people to help him get off but won’t return the favor.↩︎
The word libertarianism was once used as a synonym for anarchism, especially in France. It has since been tainted in the US by right-wingers who are more interested in the privatization of tyranny than its abolition. A libertarian in the original sense would not write the sort of blurb Thiel wrote in praise of a book by racist Richard Hanania: “DEI will never d-i-e from words alone. Hanania shows we need the sticks and stones of government violence to exorcize sic the diversity demon.” Never mind that without the “diversity demon” a fair-weather libertarian like Peter Thiel might have ended up like Matthew Shepard.↩︎
If you’re so rich that you can afford to bankroll multiple lawsuits aimed at bankrupting a publication because one of their reporters had the effrontery to drag you out of the closet, you’re too fucking rich.↩︎
