I think it stands to reason that if they had actually done this, they would see that I have no use for their services.
You can’t grow a social media presence that doesn’t exist, and I do not have accounts on Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok.
Nor do I ever intend to do so, because parasocial media is inherently toxic.
Admittedly, I currently have a Mastodon account, but I regard it as the parasocial media equivalent of methadone.
I often delete my Fediverse accounts and come back months later on a different server.
I have less trouble quitting vi than I do parasocial media.

Finally, I am annoyed by SendGrid, the service used to send me this bullshit. Why are they allowing businesses to send unsolicited pitches without an unsubscribe link? Are such links not required in the US under Federal law, particularly the CAN SPAM Act of 2003?
While I can manually forward such emails to abuse@sendgrid.com, doing so is unpaid work that I should not have to do because these assholes won’t police their own customers.
I’m this close to creating a filter that checks the headers for references to "sendgrid.net" and automatically marks as spam any email sent by this service.
It’s not what I really want to do, but it will have to do.
Unfortunately, dealing with spammers as Vlad Tepes once dealt with invading Turks, petty criminals, and nobles who text at the opera is still a felony where I live.
